Sadie Graysen Boggs ~ Born November 1st
Sadie was born on November 1st at 2:08pm and weighed 7lbs 3ozs, 19 1/2 inches long. I cannot believe she is actually here. One minute shes in your belly and the next minute shes screaming her head off to feed her. Too funny!
The past three weeks have been just wonderful. I'm very tired but am so glad that Josh has been Super Dad and has rushed to my side everytime I asked anything of him. He has been great! I think every Dad should be so proud... he is IN LOVE! Its one of the cutest things I have ever seen.
For those of you who don't know... Josh and I got pregnant really soon after we got married and so I didn't really get to see all of his quirks and differences. Mine really over-powered anything he was doing because of my hormones! Its the most wonderful thing to see your spouse change. His emotion and love for our child has really brightened my life in general.
Ciao!

Hospital visit
Well, monday night was interesting. I was sitting on the couch minding my own business when Sadie kicked me like no other and she wouldn't relax. So I started to massage the foot or butt or whatever it was sticking out of my stomach and she finally settled down... then I heard a popping noise coming from my stomach... very weird. I called my sis and Jenny and then doctor and no one had ever heard of that before. Then I laid down on the bed for about an hour and little Sadie hadn't moved and it was making me nervous. I called the nurse again and asked her if I should come in to get checked out. She then told me at this stage the baby should be moving at least 5-6 times an hour and that I should come in. I freaked and Josh made it home in record time! When we got to the hospital and got the monitors strapped on Sadie started moving immediately (Thank God) but not even 5 mins of being there I start contracting. They weren't hurting but more of an uncomfortable feeling -but consistent. I was getting so pumped!! The nurse said they were about every 8 mins. So we were calling parents and telling them to be ready if they told me I could stay...
The contractions never got closer together or stronger so they ended up sending us home. Oh well. That was just our "trial run". I wish she would come yesterday. I can't wait to see her sweet face!
You can really tell how big my belly is in this pic!
